Fruit Boats

Ingredients
Fresh Pineapple (we use 2 for the 10 of us)
Fresh Grapes (a couple bunches)
Fresh Strawberries (about 12)
Mandarin Oranges (or fresh oranges)
Fresh Bananas (2)
Fresh Kiwis (about 4)
Chopped Pecans or Walnuts, or whatever nuts you like (about 1 cup)

Time:  Approximately 10 minutes from start to finish
I helped Eden with the cutting on this recipe, because pineapple especially are tricky to cut.
So I took 2 pineapple and cut them into quarters.  But I leave the leaves on them, it looks more fun that way!  Just cut right through the leaves.  Cut off the hard core of each quarter.  Then I cut the pineapples off of the outer skin, but left them sitting there just for looks as well.  This creates the individual "boats" that hold your pretty fresh fruit salad.  I also like to slice up the pineapple too for easier eating.  But again, leave them on the skin.  Looks like this when all the cutting is done.
Wash your grapes and sprinkle grapes all over the top of your pineapple.
Wash and slice up your strawberries.
Those go on top of the pineapple too.
Skin your kiwi and slice them up too.
These go on top as well.
Drain your mandarin oranges, or peal and cut up fresh oranges.  These go on top of the rest of the fruit.
 Looking pretty hu?
Peel and slice up the bananas and put on top.
Sprinkle some chopped nuts on top.
Such a pretty fruit salad and so super yummy!
