Grill Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients
Bread (We highly recommend Dave's Killer Bread- any variety)
Butter
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Time:  Approximately 10 minutes with prep and cook time combined.

Like I said, Dave's Killer Bread, really is yummy for a grill cheese sandwich, in our opinion.
And real butter, not margarine is recommended too.
If you're gonna do grill cheese, do it properly.
Soften your butter in the microwave.  Don't melt, just soften.  Maybe 10 seconds will do.
Spread the butter on one side of your bread.
Place the bread on your cook top with the butter side down.
Then sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top.  We do each step on all the pieces before moving on to the next step.  Just move quickly.
Spread butter onto one side of another piece of bread, then place on top of the cheese.  Butter side up.
Let it cook for just a couple of minutes at medium heat.
  Carefully flip the sandwiches over.
When both sides have had a couple of minutes to brown, make sure both sides are cooked nicely, before removing from the cook top.  You may need to give an extra minute on one side.
 And your finished product.
