Red Potatoes

Ingredients
Olive Oil 
Red Potatoes
Seasoning:  we like Oregano, Parsley, Basil, Cilantro, and Salt

Time:  approximately 20 minutes from start to finish.

First, coat the bottom of a saucepan with olive oil and heat it.
 Wash and slice up some red potatoes in thin slices.
 Put the potatoes in your saucepan.
 Add your spices.


 Stir it up frequently as it cooks over medium heat.
 They start out looking like this.
 They end up looking like this.
 These are so delicious.
