Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients
4 cups of cubed potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
2 cups sliced carrots
3 cups of chopped broccoli
1/2 cup of butter
3 T. flour
2 cups of milk
1 pound of Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 chicken bouillon cubes

Time:  approximately 25 minutes from start to finish.
Get a pot of water boiling.  While it's doing that, wash and peel your potatoes.
Cut up your potatoes in cubes.  The smaller, the quicker they'll cook.

Put them in the boiling water.
Put your carrots in the pot too.  We use shredded carrots, but you can chop up your own.
 Pour in frozen chopped onions.
Let that all boil for about 10 minutes.
While that boils, cut up your broccoli into small pieces.  Put it in the pot to boil too.
Drop in your butter.  Stir it and let it melt.
 Add your flour.
 Add milk.
Drop in the Velveeta.  Stir it up until it's all melted.
Unwrap your chicken bouillon cubes and put them in the pot too.
Stir, stir, stir while it all melts and cooks for about another 10 minutes.
Season it with pepper, and dry mustard.
Stir it up till everything is mixed and melted evenly.
 All done!
