This meal ranks at one of our healthiest, if not our healthiest.  Spinach is soooo good for you!  It is high in Calcium, Iron, Vitamin K, and many other vitamins.  And it is super low in calories.  And the bright berries added to this meal, are not too nutrient shabby either.  Then you've got the nuts, more win win nutrient rich foods.  What's even better, is our family loves this dish!
First you're gonna throw in some fresh spinach.
Then there's the poppy seed dressing.  I am way into convenience, so I just buy it.  Any brand is good.  With two containers of spinach, we used about half of this bottle.  So with one package of spinach, use maybe 1/4 of the bottle.
We put this in next so it mostly just coats the spinach, not the yummy nuts and fruit, which need no flavoring.   Careful not to add too much dressing.  That will turn your delicious salad into a nasty mess.
We learned this first hand.
 Mix it all up.
Next, throw in your nuts.  Any kind really is fine.  We like using these honey roasted pecan pieces.
We threw in two bags.
And then your sliced almonds.  These are also honey roasted, but you can just use the plane Jane variety.  We threw in two bags.  We like it heavy on the nuts.
Oh mommy, we LOVE blueberries!  Wash and throw in the amount you like.  We put in a pound!
Then wash and throw in some raspberries.
Finally, wash, slice and throw in your strawberries.
Mix it up, and you have a gorgeous, yummy, healthy, salad!
If you want to simplify this even more, you can just use one kind of nuts, and one kind of berries.  Or you could jazz it up even more by adding a few different kinds of nuts, which we have done and liked.  And you can also have more fruit.  We also like to add blackberries, but the store was all out, so they were left those out.
