This is probably Celeste's favorite meal, but Andy is our cook today.
Just throw in some romaine lettuce.  For our family of ten, we use an extra large bag.
Or you can just buy romaine and cut it up yourself.  But I'm lazy.
Then we peel and cut up two cucumbers.
One extra lazy days we don't even bother with the peeling.
Throw those bad boys in.  Then cut up some tomatoes.
We did 4 small ones.
After throwing those in, get some canned, sliced olives.
Today we used 5 cans of 2.25 oz each.
Drain them and toss them in.
Then throw some feta cheese in.  We used two of these containers.
We also chop up one large red onion.
 Throw it in!
Finally, we like to season the salad with some oregano.
 Look at that shaking action.
Mix it all up, and serve!
We let everyone add their own dressing on because some like it poured on heavy and others lightly.
This is our favorite Greek dressing:  Girards.  But any kind will do.  Or make your own.
