French Toast and Scrambled Eggs

French Toast
Ingredients
Eggs (plan on about 1 egg for 2 pieces of French Toast.)
Milk (we use vanilla soy.)
Cinnamon
Vanilla

Time:  approximately 10-15 minutes
_______________________________

Crack your eggs in a bowl.
Sprinkle in some cinnamon.  We just eye ball it.  Maybe about 1/2 T. for 10 eggs?
 Looks like this much.
Pour in some vanilla.  Again, we just eye balled it.  Maybe about 1/4 cup.
I am a big fan of vanilla and cinnamon.  Sometimes I get a little carried away, but have never been disappointed.
Pour in some milk.  We put in about 1/2 cup.  I've never measured any of these ingredients.
Just throw in what looks good.
Mix it all up with a fork.
 Spray your cooking surface.
Take your bread and dip it in the egg mixture on one side,
flip it over and do the other side too.
Then place it on your cooking surface. You'll have your surface already heated up on a medium heat.
Here's all our slices cooking away!
When you see the edges and egg mixture on the bottom looking slightly browned,
you will flip those guys.
And they'll look like this when you're done.

Now for your Scrambled Eggs

All you'll need is the eggs, cooking spray, salt and pepper.
Spray your pan that has already been heated at a medium heat.  Then the easiest way to make scrambled eggs is to just crack them right into the pan.  No need to dirty another dish or bowl, cracking them elsewhere.
Here they are all cracked and starting to cook.
Using your spatula, you can break up all the yoke and start stirring it all up.
Scrape the edges of the pan periodically.
 Keep stirring.
 Then put in some salt.
 Finally, add some pepper.
 All ready to serve!
