______________________________________________________

This meal is so easy and quite flexible!

Cook your rice according to package directions.
 Here's our rice cooking :)
While the rice cooks, you can start opening all the cans and draining them.
 Cut up some fresh tomatoes.
Becca is heating up the gravy in the microwave.  Before we were vegetarian, we would put some chicken with it, but we just eliminated the chicken and still love the dish.  The gravy is for those that still want some meat taste to it.
The rest of the ingredients could be heated if you wanted, but they don't need to be.  We don't.
Pour all your toppings into separate bowls, and we just let everyone walk the assembly line to make up their own haystacks with lots of options.  It's kind of fun!
