Quesadillas

Ingredients
Tortillas
Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Time:  Approximately 10 minutes prep and cook time combined.

This is the easiest, most lazy way to make quesadillas!  And pretty redneck too.
But it's quick and easy!!

So if you're kids are cooking this, you don't even need to turn on the oven until they are all done.  No risk of getting burned.  So with the oven off, have them place tortillas all over your oven racks.  Just put as many on as quesadillas you are making.
Have them carefully sprinkle shredded cheddar on top of each tortilla, avoiding spilling the cheese all over the oven.  You could use a pan of course, but I don't because it means less dishes, and we like the quesadillas a bit crunchy.

Place a tortilla on top of each one.
When they're all assembled, close up the oven, turn it on at 350 or 400 degrees depending on how quickly done and how crunch you'd like them.  And cook for about 5-8 minutes depending on temperature too.
Pull them out with a fork, and serve with some homemade salsa (or not homemade) and that is it!
