Tostadas

Ingredients
Tortillas (whatever kind you like!)
Refried Beans
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cabbage/Lettuce
Tomatoes

Time:  approximately 15 minutes prep and cook time together

Now, I think typically Tostadas use fried tortillas, but we opt to bake ours.

So you'll start with your tortillas, any kind would work.  We used these little whole wheat ones.
 Then you're gonna spread some refried beans on top.

 Sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese on top.

 We just put those right on the rack in the oven at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. 
 I like the crunch and bbq-type lines the oven rack gives them.
 While those are cooking, you can cut up your tomatoes.

 And your cabbage, or lettuce.  
I like how crunchy and heavy cabbage is, but I think lettuce is equally yummy.

 When you pull out your Tostadas from the oven, all you'll do is sprinkle on some tomatoes and cabbage/lettuce and serve!  Some salsa is helpful to serve with them.
